Q: I'm enrolled in paperless statements but I'm not receiving my notification to view my statements. What do I need to do?
A: There are a couple of things you can do. First, please check to make sure that your email address is correct in our system. You can do this by going to the Account Services link, and select "Change Account Information."

Second, please make sure to add Merrick Bank Customer Service to your email address book so that you can receive notification that your statement is now available. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-204-5936.

Q: Can I view my account transactions since my last online statement?
A: Yes, within the "Account Information" link select "Account Summary." You will see a summary of all activity on your account from your last statement date. Charges are updated 24 to 48 hours from the date they are received from the merchant.
