If I switch to paperless statements, will I be able to get copies of my paper statements?
A: 
Yes, you can always click on "View Billing Statements" on the Account Information screen and print out your last 24 statements. You can also call Customer Service at 1-800-204-5936 to request copies. You may be charged a $2.00 fee for each page. There is no charge if you request copies to resolve a reported billing error.

What if I enroll in paperless statements and don't like it. Can I cancel?

Yes, you can un-enroll from paperless statements at any time.

How do I stop my paper statements?
A: 
You can stop receiving paper statements in the mail by signing up for our paperless statements. With paperless statements you will receive an email notifying you when your statement is ready to view online.
To enroll, simply log in to the Cardholder Center and click on the "goPaperless" icon. It's quick, easy and free!
